As a senior foreign trade salesperson in neodymium magnet factory, we often encounter the following question when communicating with customers: Can you do rare earth magnets according to our requirements? Of course we can!

So, what information do customers need to provide when customizing neodymium magnets?

1. Circular/cylindrical magnet

Please inform us of the diameter and thickness of the magnet, material properties, and coating, and the magnet direction.

2. Circular magnet

Please inform us of the inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness, material properties, and coating of the magnet, and the magnet direction.

3. Square magnet

Please inform us of the length, width, thickness, material properties, and coating of the magnet, and the magnet direction.

4. Arc shaped magnet

This shape is more complex than the previous ones, it's best to have drawings. If not, you can tell us the outer diameter, inner diameter, center angle, and thickness of the magnet. Our engineers will draw the drawings for customer confirmation. Of course, do not forget the material properties and coating, and the magnet direction.

5. Irregular shape magnet

This is not a common shape and requires the customer to provide us with detailed drawings. We will process and produce according to the drawings.

In fact, no matter what type of magnet it is, it is necessary to know the material properties and coating of the magnet, because there are many different raw materials for magnets, such as the common N35-N52 series, as well as M, H, SH, EH, AH, etc. that are used at high temperatures. Generally includes plating with NI, ZN, EPOXY, GOLD, SILVER, etc. Depending on the purpose, we will use different grades of raw materials to meet clients' request.
