Ferrite Flexible Rubber Magnet

Ferrite flexible rubber magnet, powerful rubber ndfeb magnets,black ferrite flexible rubber magnet. Ferrite flexible rubber magnet are compound materials made by mixing ferrite magnet powder and rubber. 


Pressing or rolling makes the finished ferrite flexible rubber magnet. Because the material has good plasticity, the finished flexible rubber magnets or semi-manufactured flexible rubber magnets can incise, stiletto, slit or back up other materials randomly, have good antisepsis and difficult demagnetization. 


The raw materials are plentiful, so the price is lower. Flexible rubber magnets are natural ferrite flexible rubber magnet or isomer ferrite flexible rubber magnet. Natural rubber magnets have weak magnetism, are used on iceboxes, presswork and marketing and promotion premiums. Isomer rubber magnets have strong magnetism, and are used in such applications as micro-motors and magnet toys. 


Ferrite flexible rubber magnet are made of ferrite magnet powder or rare earth powder, compound with rubber, resin and other materials. Formed by extruding, injecting or calendering, the ferrite flexible rubber magnet have different shapes such as strip, sheet or roll. 


Since the rubber magnet is plasticity, it can be made with any shapes by pressing or cutting. Besides, it is also very flexible, so it can be coiled without breaking.
